mundo común es una iniciativa de diseño y experimentación transdisciplinar en busca de estrategias de cambio cultural que recobren el sentido de mundo compartido e interdependiente.

The challenges posed by the climate crisis call us to review the ways in which we respond to the urgency. It is necessary but insufficient to address the visible symptoms of the current socio-environmental degradation that has deprived humanity of a sense of the open, loving and plural yet-to-comeThe root causes of this crisis are related to our sense of identity and spiritual belonging.

Addressing this complexity requires developing mechanisms of collective imagination to practice modes of relationship based on care and on the awareness of the mutuality that characterizes living systems at all scales. Each body, each /in/dividual, each human and more-than-human person is a fractal holding the creative power necessary to restore our Earth systems.

Therefore, we instigate systemic changes that intertwine singular and collective agency in response to the climate crisis, in order to transform the paradigms of separation and domination upon which human identity and civilization have been built, into an ethics and aesthetics of care rooted in the awareness of interdependence.

Recognizing that care is a non-innocent and multifaceted notion and practice, we build on the conviction that caring for those who care for us (human and more-than-human) is a radical act, that subverts the extractivist logic prevailing in contemporary human ways of inhabiting, and that threatens the ongoingness of life.

To achieve deep and lasting change, it is necessary to act in the dimension of the mind as well as in the dimension of the body, in thought and action.

To this end, we design Narratives and Experiences as refuges of care and inspiration for people - of all species - who devote their energy to answering the call of this time.

We reimagine the foundational myths of our thought and practice new rituals that reveal the inherent beauty of life and restore hope.
