1. Apply Fill out the application form in the language of the group you would like to join, by September 4th 2025, at midnight Colombian time.

2. If you have already been selected or invited: Confirm your interest using the confirmation form and make a non-refundable deposit of 10% of your contribution (deducted from the total) by September 26.

3. Final registration: Once the call for applications closes on September 8, the final registration form will open—this ensures fair access to accommodation options. You can complete it and pay the remaining balance until October 3.

Becas disponibles : there are 10 scholarships (covering 50 to 90% of the cost of participating with a tent accommodation). People from underprivileged communities or in economic hardship will be prioritized, according to our commitment with offering greater access and supporting diversity in our programmes. The scholarships do not cover the cost of transport to and from Bogotá.
